About the role

This per diem Registered Nurse (RN) position supports Pediatric Primary Care Clinics in the south Puget Sound area, providing patient-centered nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach.

Responsibilities

• Organize and evaluate patient care
• Prioritize tasks
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve quality and patient experience

Qualifications and Skills

• Current RN license in Washington or Multistate endorsement
• BLS certification required
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP depending on department needs
• Preferably, candidates will have a BSN and at least one year of acute care experience
• Knowledge of nursing processes
• Strong communication skills
• Professionalism

Pay

Compensation ranges from $48.67 to $93.91 per hour, influenced by experience and certifications.
