About the Role

Seeking a Pediatric Nurse to provide exceptional care at a hospital’s pediatric department. The position involves applying specialized nursing skills to deliver patient-centered, whole-person care, promoting understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring pediatric patients
• Administering treatments and medications
• Collaborating with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensuring safety and comfort of young patients
• Documenting patient information accurately
• Supporting families and providing education

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• Current BLS certification; PALS and NRP certifications required within 90 days
• At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• National certification in a relevant specialty
