About the role
Join as a Registered Nurse Neonatal and Inpatient Peds Float, providing essential patient care in a collaborative, supportive environment. Perform therapeutic and administrative nursing duties under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, supporting patient outcomes and nursing advancement.
Work primarily in a 70-bed NICU and cross-train in inpatient Pediatrics within Women's/Children's Services.
Schedule
Offer care during night shifts with rotating weekends, fostering skill growth and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality care to neonatal and pediatric patients
- Support clinical excellence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN licensure
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- PALS certification (within 1 month)
- Minimum of two years of NICU experience required, with cross-training in Pediatrics
