RN - Overnights | Part Time or Full Time

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients. Key Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Develop and modify care plans based on patient needs and physician input Implement therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions Respond to patient condition changes, report to physicians or supervisors Administer medications and treatments, monitor and document effectiveness Review care plans, identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs Qualifications & Skills Valid RN license in the practice state Current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification Preferably one year of RN experience Key Duties Provide safe, compassionate patient care in home settings Follow established protocols and revise care plans as needed Educate patients and families about health management and care goals Coordinate care and communicate effectively with healthcare team Benefits Include Competitive pay, weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and retirement plans Additional wellness and lifestyle benefits Join a trusted organization dedicated to quality patient care and making a difference in people's lives.
