Responsibilities
- Delivering direct nursing and personal care with professionalism and empathy
- Monitoring resident conditions
- Administering medications
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Managing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Supporting and guiding LPNs, CNAs, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
- Effective communication with families, physicians, and staff
- Strict adherence to regulatory policies
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Current RN license
- Eligibility to work in long-term care per NYS HCS guidelines
