Overnight RN / Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

About the role

Pyramid Healthcare’s Detox and Residential Treatment Center in Hammonton, NJ provides a trauma-informed, person-centered treatment model for men and women in search of meaningful, long-term recovery. In addition to evidence-based treatment, clients participate in scheduled groups, individual counseling and a variety of elective groups that support their transition to a sober lifestyle in an expansive setting.

Responsibilities

• Properly instructs and guides LPN’s in client care responsibilities and assignments
• Completes initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
• Knowledge and delivery of detox protocols
• Completes COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol
• Provides medication education to clients
• Cohort coordination and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
• Maintains medical equipment in proper working order; maintains confidentiality and proper boundaries
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current RN license in NJ - we accept compact licensure
• Current CPR/BLS, AED and First Aid
• One year of experience in a behavioral health treatment setting preferred
• Background in Substance Use Treatment and Co-occurring Disorders preferred

Pay

• $33.00/hour - $43.00/hour before shift differentials

Schedule

• Shift 7:00pm - 7:00am, 12 hour shifts, 3 days/week for full time!
