Registered Nurse - Full Time Overnight

About the role

Registered Nurse responsible for implementing the nursing process within the continuum of care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation of patient responses to health problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependent, interdependent, and independent nursing functions
• Deliver quality patient care
• Evaluate outcomes
• Ensure accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with clinical experience across the lifespan or a minimum of 400 hours of RN or LPN experience
• Current RN licensure in applicable states
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
