About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse responsible for implementing the nursing process within the continuum of care.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and documenting human responses to health problems
- Utilizing dependent, interdependent, and independent functions
- Providing comprehensive nursing care
- Adhering to clinical protocols
- Supporting patient health outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Preference for a bachelor's degree
- Completed supervised clinical experience or at least 400 hours of RN or LPN experience
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the practice state(s)
