About the role
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, responsible for implementing the nursing process within the continuum of care.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and documenting patient responses to health issues
- Providing dependent, interdependent, and independent nursing care
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with clinical experience across the lifespan or a minimum of 400 hours of RN or LPN experience
- Current RN licensure in the practicing state(s); licensure in states where patients are served may be required for telephone-based practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- Additional training or certification may be required for specific roles
