About the role
This role is a Registered Nurse responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring high-quality patient care across diverse age groups.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and coordinate patient assignments based on care plans
- Delegate tasks and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
- Act as a liaison among physicians, patients, and departments to facilitate communication and problem-solving
- Administer medications, assist with procedures, and ensure proper documentation
- Participate in staff training, orientation, and quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to safety policies, promote patient safety, and report concerns
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification
- Preferred certifications in specialty areas
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and handle emergency situations
