RN - Outpatient Supervisor

About the Role

This position is for a Registered Nurse who provides clinical leadership and direct patient care across diverse age groups, from neonate to geriatric.

Responsibilities

• Assign and supervise staff based on patient needs and scope of practice.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Liaise with physicians, patients, and families to facilitate communication and problem-solving.
• Delegate duties and ensure adherence to policies.
• Participate in care planning, documentation, and emergency responses.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures.
• Promote patient safety and professional development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• RN licensure in New Mexico or a state with a reciprocal agreement.
• CPR certification.
• Physical strength and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Preferably bilingual.
• Nationally certified in specialty areas (preferred).
