RN - Outpatient Supervisor

About the Role

This is a full-time position for a Registered Nurse who will provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, and ensure quality patient care across diverse age groups.

Responsibilities

• Assign nursing staff and technicians using independent judgment
• Supervise patient care and staff performance, including training and discipline
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment aligned with hospital standards
• Act as liaison among physicians, staff, patients, and families
• Implement and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Assist with tests, procedures, and emergency responses
• Administer medications and ensure accurate medical records
• Participate in orientation, education, and safety initiatives

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related nursing experience
• Current RN license and CPR certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and patient safety skills
• Ability to delegate, supervise, and promote teamwork
• Physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
