Role Overview: Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in an ambulatory setting, serving a diverse age range from neonate to geriatric. Offer clinical leadership, mentorship, and serve as a role model for staff. Key Responsibilities: Assist physicians with tests, procedures, and treatments; document medical histories, lab results, and patient information; administer medications and routine treatments; coordinate patient care and support emergency measures when needed. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, maintain equipment and supplies, and promote patient safety by reporting concerns and encouraging patient participation. Provide comprehensive patient education on preventive care, medical issues, and treatments; serve as a mentor to patients to foster self-management and empowerment. Support staff training, assist with data processing, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure; CPR/BLS certification; bilingual skills and related experience are preferred. Physical ability for heavy work and exposure to hazardous materials is required.
