RN OR Resource Coordinator - Main Operating Room (ENT)

About the Role

This position serves as the OR Resource Coordinator within the ENT Service Line, focusing on patient care coordination, workflow management, and staff support.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the service leader.
• Coordinate patient care across departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Manage OR operations including room setup, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide staff support by assisting with breaks and orienting new team members.
• Contribute to departmental operations and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the applicable state or compact license.
• Minimum of 1 year of OR RN experience.
• CPR certification.
