OR Resource Coordinator - Main Operating Room (ENT)

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) collaborates with service leaders to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the operating room. This role is based in the Main Operating Room, specifically supporting ENT services, with a focus on efficient patient care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care and workflow in the ENT Service Line
• Manages room setup and equipment
• Provides staff relief during breaks
• Supports department operations
• Assists in orienting new team members

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of operating room (OR) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• CPR certification
