OR Resource Coordinator - Main Operating Room (ENT)

Responsibilities

• Captures patient care across departments
• Manages workflow including room setup, supplies, and equipment
• Serves as backup during staff breaks
• Supports departmental operations
• Mentors new team members alongside leaders

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact license
• At least 1 year of OR RN experience
• CPR certification
