RN or LPN Weekend Supervisor

Location: Aviata at Shoal Creek, 500 Hospital Dr, Crestview, FL 32539

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Friday‑Sunday (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing needs and provide supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident care.
• Assist in staff development and provide guidance to Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
• Conduct and document a complete data collection of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned resident.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring nursing staff.
• Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with resident rights policies.
• Complete Preceptor Training.
• Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
• Minimum three (3) years nursing experience preferred in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in nursing administration.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
