Responsibilities
- Handles formal contact with the customer on a daily basis.
- Responsible as a print production specialist and other operations required at the site.
- Maintains quality and meets deadlines for all required site jobs and operations.
- Provides training on workflow and machine operations required onsite.
- Maintain logs for management reports as needed.
- Manages, upkeeps, and provides first responder service on equipment fleet.
- Collects meter reads monthly.
- Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in operation of production and other equipment, performing required jobs.
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and ability to set goals, prioritize specific and realistic objectives.
- Experience and ability to provide informal training to customers and employees.
- Proficient in PC skills to include Fiery, Adobe, Microsoft Office.
- Able to handle challenging customer situations.
- Able to inspire and motivate individuals by maintaining a positive work environment.
- Able to demonstrate effective communication with employees and clients, encouraging open and honest communication.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneel.
- Required to move supplies up to lifting 50 lbs. from the floor to waist level and up to 10 feet.
