RN or LPN OB GYN Phone Triage

About the role

Rockhill Women's Care is seeking a full‑time LPN or RN to join its Phone Triage team. The role involves providing timely telephone triage, clinical guidance, education, and compassionate patient‑centered care while working closely with providers and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and obtain pertinent patient information during telephone interactions
• Work closely with providers to ensure care is consistent with the patient's plan of care
• Provide patients with guidance, support, and education
• Document telephone encounters, services provided, and patient education in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain the privacy of patient information

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program
• Current nursing license required for Kansas and Missouri
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Strong written communication skills
• EMR experience preferred
• OB/GYN experience strongly preferred

Pay

LPN: $26–$30 per hour
RN: $30–$34 per hour
Plus bonus opportunities!

Schedule

Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends. Hybrid schedule – work from home 2–3 days per week; remaining days at one of the office locations.
