LPN Phone Triage- OBGYN

Responsibilities

• Assess patient symptoms and needs over the phone
• Provide medical advice based on clinical protocols and guidelines
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate healthcare records on an electronic health record (EHR)
• Cookordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Provide patient education
• Maintain emergency calls and provide immediate guidance for critical situations
• Notify patients of test results as instructed by Healthcare Provider
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
• Perform additional duties as directed by Clinical Supervisor

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in Women's Health
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgements
• Experience with patient education
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience preferred
• Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• BLS Certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a licensed practical nurse program

Pay

Starting wage range: $20-$25 per hour, with quarterly bonus opportunities!

Schedule

This position is in-person with the potential for a hybrid schedule based on training progression and the needs of the practice.
