RN or LPN Long Term Care Charge Nurse

The Long-Term Care Charge Nurse will provide quality, personalized care for residents through implementing their plan of care with compassion, quality and integrity.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervising and providing leadership to frontline staff
- Manage day-to-day operations of the unit
- Dispense medication
- Complete treatments
- Communicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff members
- Observe proper infection control and safety procedures
- Respond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staff
Qualifications
- Current MN RN or LPN licensure
- Strong leadership skills to lead the team
- Welcomes feedback from guests, residents and fellow staff
- Prioritizes patient safety by paying close attention to detail when dispensing medications and completing treatments
- Thrives in a team setting
