RN or LPN Charge Nurse

Provides nursing care to residents according to physicians' orders and resident care plan. Monitors resident status and makes referrals to physician and resident's next of kin. Administers and records medications and treatments as prescribed by physician. Takes and records vital signs. Monitors nursing staff on assigned shift.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license with MN State Board of Nursing

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time evening shift
• Part-time night shift
• Must work every other weekend/holiday

Pay

$29.00 - $35.00 / hourly

• $2 evening shift differential
• $3 night shift differential
• Licensed Nurse Retention Bonus: $5,000 (full-time), $1,000 (part-time)
