We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with bilingual (Spanish) skills to join our plasma donation center team.
About the role
This position involves performing physical exams, assessing donor suitability, providing education, and managing adverse events in a plasma center environment. You will build rapport with donors, ensure confidentiality, and assist in employee training.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical exams and assess donor suitability
- Provide education to donors about the donation process
- Manage adverse events and ensure donor safety

- Assist in training new employees
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license/certification in your state
- Current CPR certification
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills
- Physical dexterity and ability to work independently
- Comfort with exposure to biological fluids
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and perform light lifting
