About the role
The RN or LPN at Adams Heritage plays a vital role in providing person-centered nursing care, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure residents' safety, comfort, and independence. They participate in resident and family education, oversee planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, and administer medications within their scope of practice. The position requires strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the capacity to manage a nursing unit during night shifts, making critical decisions collaboratively to support resident well-being in alignment with the facility's mission and standards.
Requirements
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
- BLS/CPR Certification Required
Schedule
- 40 hours per week - First Shift Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- On Call Every Fifth Weekend

- Eligible for a sign-on bonus - RN: $20,000 / LPN: $12,000
