Mosaic in Grand Island is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team and make a tangible difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

• Coordinate holistic care: review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
• Be a clinical mentor: provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
• Advocate: collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve.
• Build relationships: truly get to know the people you support, celebrating milestones and supporting them through challenges.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska.
• At least one year of general nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR/First Aid certification (can obtain at agency after hire).
• Ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
• Physical stamina: comfortable walking, standing, and ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.

Schedule

Full-Time, Days (8 hour shifts), No Weekends, No On-Call.
