About the role
The RN or LPN at Adams Heritage provides person-centered nursing care, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure residents' safety, comfort, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Participate in resident and family education
- Oversee planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care
- Administer medications within scope of practice
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Lead nursing unit during night shifts, making critical decisions to support resident well-being
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to align with the facility's mission and standards
Requirements
- 40 hours per week - Second Shift Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
- BLS/CPR Certification Required
Sign-on Bonus
- RN: $20,000
- LPN: $12,000
