About the role
The Staff Nurse at Adams Heritage delivers person-centered nursing care by collaborating with the healthcare team, residents, and families. They participate in education efforts, provide leadership, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
Responsibilities
- Planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care
- Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures
- Performing tests
- Administering medications
- Promoting patient independence through education on conditions and self-care skills
- All within the scope of nursing practice in alignment with Adams Health Network's philosophy and standards
Requirements
- 32 hours per week - Third Shift
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
- BLS/CPR Certification Required

Pay
- RN: $20,000 sign-on bonus
- LPN: $12,000 sign-on bonus
