Job Summary

We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated RN's and LPN's to join our Southshore Health & Rehabilitation Center team. Our staff are our most valuable asset.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team to provide compassionate and expert care to the residents of our facility.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an LPN in the state of Indiana.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including day, evening, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems used in healthcare settings.

Salary – Based On Skills And Years Of Experience

Schedule

Shifts Available: Day, Evening and Night shift - 8 hour shifts - FT positions available
