About the role
Join our team as a NICU Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care delivered by team members
- Coordinate care with other departments
- Provide patient-centered care during 7pm-7am shifts with rotational weekends and holidays
- Maintain professional accountability and uphold standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- At least one year of NICU RN experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state or with compact licensure
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or obtained within 30 days of hire
