Registered Nurse/RN - NICU Full Time Nights
About the Role
Join the NICU team at Texas Health Rockwall as a Registered Nurse (RN II) on full-time night shifts. This position offers a supportive Level One team environment with a family atmosphere, strong shared governance, and access to new and advanced equipment and technology.
Schedule
Full Time, 36 hours weekly, (3) 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Training: Must be able to attend training at the corporate office in Arlington from 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire.

Requirements
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
- 1 year of experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program.
- 1 year of Neonatal ICU experience (strongly preferred).
- Texas RN license (required upon hire).
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support (required prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly).
- NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program (required within 90 days of hire).
- NRPA - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (required within 90 days of hire).
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually).
- A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
