Registered Nurse - NICU Full-Time Nights

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient populations.Collaborate with patients and families through effective communication and shared decision-making.Ensure documentation of care aligns with clinical standards and promotes safety.Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts to maintain safe, quality care and foster a respectful environment.Support performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and shared governance.Mentor and serve as a preceptor to promote professional development and a healthy work environment.Advance evidence-based practice by participating in research, data collection, and protocol development.Adhere to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred).Valid RN license, with multi-state licensure preferred.Required certifications include BLS, NRP, and other relevant life support credentials.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and resource management skills.
