About the Role
Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during 7pm-7am shifts with rotational weekends and holidays.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, evaluate patient needs, and ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
Requirements
- At least one year of RN experience.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- NICU experience preferred.
