About the role
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Graduate Nurse Resident or Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Pavilion.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
- Coordinate with other departments
- Evaluate care effectiveness
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
- Provide safe, compassionate, and effective care consistent with organizational standards and values
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion within 30 days of hire
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
