NICU RN - Full Time (Nights)

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care
• Provide education on illness management to families
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance
• Develop and document individualized care plans
• Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years' experience preferred
• Experience in Level III NICU or higher is required
