Role: Perioperative Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care during the perioperative period for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes. Act as a patient advocate, assess the surgical environment, and collaborate with the surgical team to facilitate procedures. May lead orientation for new staff, develop educational programs, and manage supplies and equipment. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferredValid IL RN license and BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationMinimum 2 years RN experience in perioperative care (preferred)Basic computer skills Key Skills: Specialized perioperative knowledge, patient advocacy, safety assessment, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
