RN - OR Cardiovascular - Days

Position: Registered Nurse (Perioperative) Location: Glenbrook Hospital Responsibilities: Provide direct perioperative care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, ensuring patient safety and advocating for patients during surgical procedures. Assess surgical environments, intervene as needed, and collaborate with the surgical team. May lead staff orientation, educational programs, and manage supplies and equipment. Qualifications Graduate of a state-approved nursing school; BSN preferredIL RN License and CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association2+ years of RN experience in perioperative care preferredBasic computer skills Key Skills: Patient advocacy, safety assessment, team collaboration, educational leadership, equipment management.
