RN On-Call Weekends BONUS

Overview

Hospice of Florida is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
• Support families by sharing knowledge and expertise, guiding and supporting them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred
• Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting
• Hospice experience a plus
• Computer proficiency in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state

Pay

The average pay range for this position is $84,000 - $99,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position.
