Job Summary

This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus AND up to $24,000 Student Loan Assistance. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and implementing patient care plans.
• Collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
• Assume responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
• Perform assessment and analyze patient problems and conditions using critical decision-making to determine need for standard, urgent, or emergent interventions.
• Implement and/or modify plan of care using assessment data, standards of care, and evidence-based practice, including nursing care coordination, appropriate patient and family education, and discharge planning.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary partnership in patient care.
• Integrate ethical provisions in nursing practice and deliver care that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Evaluate progress towards attainment of desired patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Upon hire: Registered Nurse (RN), Basic Life Support - CPR, within 90 days, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 90 days.
