Role Overview

This position involves overseeing Radiology and Nuclear Medicine nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, safety, and compliance with policies and regulations. The role requires collaboration with medical imaging teams to foster an environment of excellence, trust, and continuous learning. It includes direct patient care responsibilities, maintaining clinical skills across outpatient settings, and managing multiple departments or complex patient cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise nursing staff activities related to patient care.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to professional standards.
• Oversee operations across multiple locations or high patient complexity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Texas RN license and active nursing certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or 4+ years supervisory/management experience.
• 5+ years clinical RN or Radiology experience with 3+ years leadership.
• Certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ability to obtain).
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to operate clinical equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Specialty nursing certification in Radiology.
• Experience in ICU, public relations, or with EPIC systems.
