RN Nurse Supervisor - Hospice

Responsibilities

Support the team by providing clinical guidance and judgment to promote understanding of and response to patient and family needs
Participate in Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance activities
Develop and mentor future hospice leaders

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in both VT and NHPassion for focusing on hospice care (Former Hospice experience required)
• Registered Nurse, BSN or Masters preferred
• Management experience strongly preferred

Pay

Base Salary: $100,000-$110,000 / year depending on qualifications
SIGN ON BONUS: $20,000 to be paid out over course of 2 years
