Job Description

Leadership experience
Assessment and Care Planning
Medication set up and reconciliation
Supervisory and nurse visits
Timely paperwork completion that meets DOH Compliance Standards
Hospice or Palliative experience preferred

Requirements

• Current MI State Registered Nurse License
• TB test
• CPR
• Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
• Detail oriented, able to multi-task, organized with good time management skills
• Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• Experience with Wounds, Assessments, Medication set-up & Management
• Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable
• 1 year of Hospice experience
