RN, Nurse Recruiter

About the role

The nurse recruiter is responsible for the outreach and sourcing of candidates to build an applicant pool for positions within the department of nursing. The Nurse Recruiter will screen and interview candidates, as well as facilitate the entire interview process which will assure that Highland has the most qualified nurses available to deliver skilled and compassionate care per Highland Hospital mission, vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Screens and interviews candidates
• Facilitates the entire interview process
• Affirms regulatory compliance

Requirements

• BS in nursing required
• Progressive leadership preferred
• Minimum of 3 years as clinical nurse, previous interviewing experience preferred
• Current NYS RN license

Pay

PAY RANGE: $34.62 - $50.68/ hour
