Responsibilities
- Screens and hires the most skilled and reliable nurses for clients aligned with company hiring goals.
- Supervises candidates through the early stages of the hiring process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, overseeing background checks.
- Acts as a liaison between field staff and management to advocate for the most positive work environment.
- Aids in creating and maintaining effective ads that best reflect the opportunities our company can offer employees.
- Engages effectively with interested jobseekers through multiple social media, community, and hiring platforms.
- Aids in the hiring of administrative staff best suited to our company's growth and vision.
- Performs other challenging and necessary duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to make job candidates feel welcome and important.
- Flexibility and organizational skills to reach the largest pool of talented applicants.
- High School graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- One year minimum experience recruiting, preferably healthcare related.
- One year minimum experience using a recruiting CTS.
- Extensive knowledge in Word, Excel, Office 365.
Pay
Competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000.
