About the role

The role involves developing, managing, and implementing nursing and patient care activities within designated areas. It collaborates closely with the nursing team to support organizational strategies, standardize systems, identify efficiencies, and oversee financial aspects of nursing programs and services. The position leads performance improvement initiatives, supports strategic nursing projects, and facilitates effective communication to achieve nursing goals while ensuring patient, physician, and staff satisfaction. It works with various hospital departments to operationalize nursing integration, develop service lines, and establish standardized nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and enhancement of care delivery models to improve patient, family, employee, and provider satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with nursing practice acts, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Promotes transparency, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accountability across teams.
• Enhances the quality and efficiency of nursing practices and services.
• Optimizes resource allocation to meet organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in an acute care setting with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Training

• Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.
• Ability to foster collaborative partnerships.
