RN Nurse Manager - OR

Job Summary Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing nursing and patient care activities within designated areas. Collaborates with the nursing team to support organizational initiatives, standardize systems, improve efficiencies, and oversee financial aspects of nursing programs and services. Focuses on integrating performance improvement strategies, advancing nursing practices, and fostering satisfaction among patients, physicians, and staff. Works closely with hospital departments to facilitate nursing integration, service line development, and standardized practices. Performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Develops and improves care delivery models to enhance patient, family, employee, and provider satisfaction.Ensures compliance with nursing practice acts, regulatory standards, and professional guidelines.Promotes transparency, collaboration, and accountability across disciplines.Enhances the quality and effectiveness of nursing services and administration.Manages resources effectively to meet current and future objectives.Leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver competent, compassionate, and efficient care in a professional environment. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.Bachelor's degree preferred.Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.RN licensure required; specialty certification preferred.
