RN Nurse Manager – Cardiovascular Operating Room

Job Summary Responsible for developing, administering, and overseeing nursing and patient care activities within designated areas. Collaborates with the nursing team to support organizational strategies, improve care delivery systems, and enhance patient, physician, and staff satisfaction. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and nursing practice acts, promoting transparency, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accountability. Focuses on optimizing resource allocation, strengthening quality of nursing services, and supporting strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead development and improvement of care models that enhance care delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.Ensure adherence to professional standards, legal requirements, and organizational values.Foster collaboration across departments and enhance service quality and efficiency.Manage resources effectively to meet current and future objectives.Supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering competent, compassionate care in a challenging environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum three years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.RN licensure required; bachelor's degree preferred.Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.Strong ability to develop partnerships, implement programs, and foster a collaborative environment.Specialty certification is preferred.
