RN Nurse Manager
About the role
North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Transitional Care (TCU) team. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $106,000 per year (based on years of experience) and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor residents' conditions and needs, reporting any changes to the physician.
- Oversee nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to ensure resident care plans are followed.
- Complete documentation and admit/discharge residents.
- Report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect found during care.
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.
Requirements
- RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification.
- Desire to work with the elderly.
