Requirement: Min of 3 years of Level III or higher NICU experience

Neonatal Intensive Care Patient Population

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit caring for infants 23 weeks gestation and up

Patient Ratios

  • 1:2 or 1:3 depending on acuity

  • Greater than 95% BSN
  • 34% Specialty Certified
  • 200+ admission annually

Qualifications

  • Grad of an Accredited Program
  • Specialized field of study should be nursing
  • RN license
  • Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role
  • Min of 3 years of Level III or higher NICU experience
