The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies, ensuring professional growth and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain practice standards
• Cooking nurse care activities of assigned staff to deliver quality nursing services

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred
• No experience required; new graduates eligible
• Hospital experience and one year of hospital work preferred
• Valid Georgia RN license or multistate license required
• BCLS certification required
• Advanced certification in specialty area is a plus
