Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They ensure adherence to organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver quality patient care activities. Maintain standards of nursing practice. Supervise assigned staff to ensure optimal care delivery. Follow organizational policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.No experience required; new graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.Valid Georgia RN license or multi-state NLC/eNLC license required.Current BCLS certification required.Additional specialty certifications may be preferred depending on the area of practice.
